Bagla Group (BG) has announced a joint venture with Danielson Engineering (DE). Bagla Group and Danielson Engineering are establishing a long term co-operation with the scope to incorporate a new joint venture company (JVC) in India, sharing the capital in the ratio of 50:50, to offer the products and engineering services to customers in India and overseas.
DE will supply certain proprietary “Know-how” to the JVC. BG will bring in knowledge of Indian market and customers to the JVC and would leverage his relationship with existing automobiles, auto components manufacturers in introducing JVC to Indian customers. DE shall also support the JVC in business development. It shall depute its competent experts & teams to visit JVC.
“The signing of this agreement establishes BG’s relationship with an outstanding R & D company enabling it to participate in the growing Indian market by bringing technologies that help in light weighting, meeting emission norms & enhancing performance of powertrain, its sub-systems & critical parts” said Rishi Kumar Bagla, Chairman and Managing Director, Aurangabd Electricals Ltd.

The R & D facilities are integrated with a state of the art manufacturing plant that enables it to prototype entire Powertrain its sub-systems & critical parts in a short span of time.
DE is part of Groupe Danielson which has sister companies such as Danielson services(DS) & Danielson Aircraft systems (DAS). DS is engaged in vehicle test & DAS is also involved in development of propulsion system for aircraft & UAV.
