Super Plastronics adds a Mini-QD 4K flagship, a 65-inch JioTele OS QLED and new budget models, while offering a Tata Punch and Honda Activa in a Flipkart lucky draw for eligible TV buyers this season.
Kodak TV India, operated by licensee Super Plastronics Pvt. Ltd. (SPPL), has expanded its television lineup just ahead of the festive shopping season. The new range runs from a premium Mini-QD 4K model to entry-level HD Ready sets, with all the new models sold through Flipkart. Buyers using Axis Bank and ICICI Bank cards can get an additional 10% instant discount, subject to terms and conditions.
New lineup: From premium Mini-QD to value models
At the top of the range is the Kodak 55-inch Mini-QD 4K, priced at ₹34,999. The company says it combines Mini LED backlighting with a Mini-QD panel that supports 1.1 billion colours. It also offers Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, 550-nit brightness and a 120Hz refresh rate with VRR and ALLM, features aimed at gamers. The TV runs Google TV with built-in Chromecast and has an 80W quad-speaker system.
Kodak has also added a 65-inch model to its QLED range running JioTele OS, priced at ₹42,499. The range already covered 43, 50 and 55-inch screens, and pairs a QLED 4K display with Jio's content ecosystem, including more than 300 free live channels, JioGames and a multilingual voice remote.
For budget buyers, Kodak's Coolita 3.0 Linux-based platform now extends to a 50-inch size, with the QLED Special Edition Full HD 50-inch priced at ₹23,499. The company has also widened its Full HD Smart TV portfolio with 40-inch and 43-inch X900 Pro models, priced at ₹11,999 and ₹13,999, featuring 300-nit panels, a 178-degree viewing angle and 36W stereo sound.

Lucky draw: A Tata Punch, a Honda Activa and Thomson TVs
SPPL is also running a "Grand Lucky Draw Contest" during the first 10 days of Flipkart's Big Billion Days sale, which begins on October 9, with early access for select customers from October 8. One winner will be chosen each day: the 100th customer to buy an eligible Thomson, Kodak or Blaupunkt TV on Flipkart with a minimum cart value of ₹8,499.
The first prize is a Tata Punch, followed by a Honda Activa on Day 2. The remaining eight winners will receive Thomson smart TVs ranging from 24 to 75 inches. Flipkart is also listing festive sale prices across the wider Kodak range, from ₹6,999 for the 24-inch model to ₹59,499 for the 75-inch.

Company pitches choice and value
"The Indian television consumer today is far more informed and discerning than ever before," said Avneet Singh Marwah, CEO of SPPL, the exclusive Kodak licensee in India. He said buyers now look for better picture quality, smarter operating systems and genuinely useful features. "For us, this festive season is not simply about offering more products, but about offering consumers more meaningful reasons to upgrade," he added.
The company said it aims to take Kodak TVs to more than 500 districts offline, building on its online reach across more than 19,000 pin codes. It also described Kodak as the longest-standing licensee in India's smart TV category, marking 11 years in the market.
