BookMyShow unveils improved mobile app version for iOS and Android

BookMyShow.com has announced the launch of its newly released mobile application –BookMyShow 2.0 for iOS and BookMyShow 3.0 for Android users. As compared to the previous application, the new mobile application is more user-friendly and stylish. According to sources, around one million smartphone users have already updated BookMyShow.com’s mobile application.

The ticketing portal also announced its mobile application to have crossed over 4 million downloads across iOS and Android platforms. With this development, Bookmyshow.com’s mobile application is the highest downloaded across all e-commerce players in India. BookMyShow.com launched its first free mobile application for iOS platform in October 2010, followed by Android app in April 2011.
