The 1st Bharatico BPO Conference, aimed at presenting interesting and inquisitive facts concerning the BPO industry to the fore will be held at the Maurya Sheraton, New Delhi on the 23rd May 2012.

More than 230,000 people are expected to join the BPO industry in the 2012 (NASSCOM). According to a recent survey by Ma Foi, ITES becomes one of the most optimistic sectors for hiring. They are also among the top job generation sectors (IT/ITES -227,328) with most of these leading from Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities of the country.
