Coforge has entered into a strategic partnership with Solstice Innovations to accelerate the adoption of agentic AI-driven core systems for property and casualty (P&C) insurers.
As part of the collaboration, Coforge will set up a dedicated Center of Excellence powered by its Forge-X platform to support faster client onboarding, system integration, migration, and business transformation for Solstice and its customers.
The partnership combines Solstice’s Equinox platform—an AI-native core insurance system—with Coforge’s Forge-X, an AI-driven delivery engine designed to streamline large-scale technology implementations. Together, the companies aim to offer insurers an end-to-end modernization solution that reduces costs, accelerates deployment timelines, and minimizes operational risks.
Rajeev Batra said the collaboration is expected to transform how insurers upgrade legacy systems by improving both speed and economics through AI-led delivery models.
Equinox integrates key insurance functions such as policy management, billing, claims, and agency operations into a unified platform, enabling insurers to launch new products more quickly and manage compliance more efficiently. Its flexibility across multiple insurance lines, including flood and homeowners coverage, positions it as a next-generation core system for the industry.
Meanwhile, Coforge’s Forge-X platform leverages autonomous AI agents and domain expertise to manage the full software and product development lifecycle, helping enterprises execute complex transformations with greater precision and scalability.
Travis Pine said the combined offering brings together advanced AI architecture and delivery capabilities to create a fully integrated modernization experience for insurers.
The partnership reflects a broader trend in the insurance sector, where companies are increasingly turning to AI-driven platforms to replace legacy systems, improve operational efficiency, and respond more quickly to evolving market demands.
