Consulting firm Cognizant has appointed Sridhar Thiruvengadam as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this new role, Sridhar will be responsible to strengthen the global backbone of Cognizant in order to grow further and meet the future demands of the business. He will also be in charge of making the different infrastructure categories of the company more solid and secure for the development of Cognizant’s technology solution services.
Prior to his current role, Sridhar was working as Executive Vice-President of Cognizant's. As Executive VP, he was dealing with Cognizant's global delivery network and managing global delivery for several high-growth business units.
Sridhar has been working with the company since its beginning and held many leadership positions.
