CORE Education, in partnership with Sun Global Services, has announced the launch of KiwiLearners Early Learning Centre in Chennai, India. The partnership aims to bring together CORE Education’s mission to transform education and Sun Global Director Solai Mani’s desire to make a difference to Indian education.
Ali Hughes, CEO, CORE, said, “New Zealand has a world-class early childhood education system that we believe should be shared with the world. We are delighted to bring KiwiLearners to India and, we believe, to be the first New Zealand-based early learning centre on the continent.”
Based in the Neelankarai suburb of Chennai, the centre will cater for up to 70 children aged 2–5 years, as well as a child and parent playgroup for young babies.
The centre is currently taking enrolments and will open for children on January 17, 2014.
