e4e Healthcare Services has announced its expansion plans in the Philippines, in Taguig City in Manila.
Fuelled by the implementation of the Affordable Care Act and the transition of the US healthcare industry from ICD-9 to ICD-10, e4e will expand its “best-shoring‟ delivery capability in the Philippines, in addition to its current delivery centres in the US and in India.
e4e‟s Philippines centre will have 200+ employees in 2014 and will increase to over 500 employees in 2015.
The e4e Philippines Centre will provide services in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Healthcare Payer Domain and other Value-Added Services.
e4e is a member of the Philippines Business Process Outsourcing community and will continue to work closely with the Business Processing Association of the Philippines (BPAP) in achieving its mission of promoting the competitive advantage and growth potential of the Philippines in existing and new areas of healthcare outsourcing.
