Managing the functions of Human Resources, Information Technology and QEHS at the organization is a strong woman leader, Shikha Rai. She has an inspiring journey of close to 30 years holding various positions in different organisations.
Rai has been associated with the organization for 15 years, contributing towards the progress of the imaging brand in the country. Under her leadership, the employee commitment & satisfaction has seen a significant improvement and Canon India can boast of being an employer of choice. As the head of IT, Ms. Rai has led the organization’s digital transformation. Rai and her team of over 30 IT professionals have been working on enhancing security, integrating web systems and making the transaction systems GST ready at Canon India.
