
Former Eric Schmidt, 70-year-old ex-CEO of Google LLC, is facing serious allegations from his 31-year-old former partner, Michelle Ritter, who has accused him of stalking, abuse and maintaining an “absolute digital surveillance system.”
According to court filings, Ritter alleges that Schmidt used his technical know-how and immense influence to monitor her communications, restrict her business and financial access and exert control over multiple aspects of her life. The dispute reportedly centers on their involvement in a now-failed AI startup, financial compensation and access to a luxury Bel Air mansion.
