Excelsoft Technologies Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Doreswamy P as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective immediately following the Board’s approval. The Board of Directors has reposed its full confidence in Doreswamy P to lead the company into its next phase of growth.

About the Appointment

Doreswamy P brings over 25 years of diverse leadership experience spanning technology, services, and financial management. He has a proven track record of building scalable businesses, strengthening governance frameworks, and driving long-term value creation. His unique blend of entrepreneurial vision and institutional leadership positions him ideally to steer Excelsoft Technologies through its next phase of growth.

Doreswamy P has held senior leadership roles at prestigious organisations including ISS, Quess Corp, SMS, and KPIT, where he contributed significantly to business growth, operational excellence, and strategic transformation. As the Co-Founder and former CEO of CredoPay Technology Services Private Limited, he led the development of a global payment orchestration platform, forging strategic relationships with banks, fintech companies, and international partners.

A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Doreswamy P has extensive experience working with Boards and investors, including leading IPO readiness, investor engagement, and post-listing governance. He was previously associated with Excelsoft Technologies Limited as an Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, where he played an instrumental role in strengthening corporate governance and supporting the company’s IPO journey.
