ExlService Holdings, Inc. and Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow), have announced that the certification program (CP) on Business Management in Operational Excellence and Consulting has started inviting applications for the one-year on-campus program. The program will be jointly delivered by IIM Lucknow and EXL at the Noida campus of IIM Lucknow at B-1, Sector-62, Institutional Area, Noida 201 307 (UP) India.
This program has been designed for mid-level professionals to help reorient their careers in the emerging fields of management consulting and business analysis. A core component of the program imparts domain expertise in consulting which will be delivered by the Decision Analytics team at EXL. The delivery of the program will be oriented towards developing an integrated strategic perspective through best practices, project work and constant engagement with EXL.
Working professionals with more than five years of experience will be eligible to apply for the program. The program will include a module of 120 hours on business management (Quantitative Analysis, Operations, Strategy, Finance, Marketing and Organizational Behaviour) and more than 35 hours on consultative skills and business analysis in the areas of Information Management, Marketing, Risk, Operations, Claims and Finance.
