Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has officially raised concerns regarding the unprecedented cybersecurity risks posed by Anthropic’s "Mythos" AI model. 
  
Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman emphasized that while Indian banks remain resilient, the emergence of advanced tools like "Mythos" necessitates heightened institutional vigilance.
 
Sitharaman confirmed that the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) is now collaborating with global authorities. 
 
The goal is to fully understand the implications Mythos holds for the stability and security of India's banking infrastructure.
