We have seen even without physical peripheries people work, and it has worked better. So, office spaces will be cut to half. It will be shared workspaces. Visit the office only when required. Work from home as much as possible. Accountability and performance will matter most, may it be from anywhere. This work from anywhere may not apply to certain roles.
