Genpact is said to buy EmPower Research. Terms have not been disclosed yet. The Company claimed that it has entered an agreement to buy EmPower Research. The deal is expected to close by the end of the month, subject to the satisfaction of certain customary conditions.
This acquisition is to add significant expertise and intellectual property to Genpact's Smart Decision Services business, comprising analytics, research, re-engineering and risk management services, Company shared.
