ZOPO Mobile has announced 1 year replacement warranty on all its devices from the date of purchase. The scheme is applicable on all of ZOPO’s smartphone models purchased on or after 1st October, 2016 under specific terms and conditions.
Recognized for its focus on delivering excellent products and ensuring superior customer service, ZOPO Mobiles’ latest scheme will enable customers to replace their faulty devices with a new one within 4–5 days, putting any of their concerns or apprehensions to rest.

All ZOPO handsets bought on or after 1st October will be applicable for the 365-day handset replacement warranty. These devices will come under a manufacturer’s warranty for 12 months from the date it was first used on the Zopo network, or the date, on which the user received that device, whichever is earlier.
