HCL bags ICSI Corporate Governance Award

HCL Technologies Ltd (HCL) has won the ICSI National Award for Excellence in Corporate Governance, for the year 2012. Justice M. N. Venkatachaliah, Former Chief Justice of India and Chairman of the Jury, presented the award to HCL Technologies. The function was attended by dignitaries from various disciplines. The award was received by Anil Chanana, Chief Financial Officer, HCL Technologies Ltd.

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) stated that the award has been conferred on HCL Technologies for its proactive and contributive capabilities, internal excellence, innovation and value creation for the stakeholders, fundamental qualities of governance ethos, vision and sustainability.
