The HCLTech Universal Managed Detection and Response (UMDR) service offers a modular operating model, enabling clients to choose flexible, end-to-end capabilities for complex environments. The service covers areas such as operational technology (OT), industrial control systems (ICS), hybrid cloud, identity and access management (IAM), endpoints, networks, and applications. This comprehensive coverage ensures that businesses can protect their diverse digital infrastructures from evolving cyber risks.
Amit Jain, Executive Vice President and Global Head of Cybersecurity at HCLTech, emphasized the company's commitment to delivering superior security outcomes through flexible solutions.
