Hikrobot India Unveils Advanced Machine Vision and Mobile Robotics Solutions at India Warehousing Show 2025

Hikrobot India showcased its latest Machine Vision and Mobile Robotics innovations at the India Warehousing Show (IWS) 2025, held from June 26–28 at Yashobhoomi, India International Convention & Expo Centre (IICC), Dwarka, New Delhi. As India’s premier event for warehousing, logistics, automation, and supply chain sectors, IWS brought together leading industry players to explore cutting-edge technologies reshaping logistics and manufacturing.

Hikrobot’s booth highlighted its Smart Camera SC1000 series, featuring six core tools, including Pattern Match, Colour Detection, Measurement Tools, Logic Tools, H-Counts, and basic OCR support. Combining sensor simplicity with advanced vision detection, these cameras integrate AI-powered algorithms to handle diverse inspection, classification, and detection tasks efficiently.

The company also introduced its 3D Laser Profile Sensor, utilizing laser triangulation to deliver high-frame point clouds, depth images, and micrometre-level intensity images in real time. Designed for non-contact, high-precision 3D measurement, it’s ideal for industries such as consumer electronics, lithium batteries, and PCBs. Other showcased products included 3D and area scan cameras, smart code readers, handheld readers, and both Static and Dynamic DWS systems.

Ashish P. Dhakan, MD & CEO, Prama Hikvision India, emphasized that AI-powered AMRs, smart parcel tracking, and dynamic logistics systems are accelerating real-time supply chain performance. Live demos, interactive networking, and knowledge sessions further enriched IWS, which drew professionals nationwide.

In mobile robotics, Hikrobot displayed its QF Series Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) for pallet handling and Tugger AMRs for automated internal logistics. These solutions, combined with AI-driven fleet management software, optimize supply chain efficiency in inbound, sorting, and outbound operations. With its focus on IIoT, smart manufacturing, and logistics, Hikrobot India reinforced its role as a leader in driving industrial digitalization and intelligent automation.
