HP Enterprise Services has expanded Best Shore, its global services delivery model, by designating six countries as global delivery hubs that will grow to support increasing client demand for cost-efficient, scalable services that effectively meet business needs.
This expansion is part of the $1 billion investment HP announced in June to transform and grow its Enterprise Services business. Bulgaria, China, Costa Rica, India, Malaysia and the Philippines are the designated delivery hubs.
"Organizations require high-quality, flexible technology and business services as they move to a global sourcing model to lower costs," said Robb Rasmussen, vice president and general manager, Best Shore, HP Enterprise Services. "With two decades of global delivery experience providing services to some of the world's largest companies, our sourcing model blends HP's industry-leading technology with a balanced global footprint to create top-quality, fully integrated solutions that can be efficiently delivered from any shore."
Global delivery hubs are designed to improve the client experience by offering access to deep industry and technical expertise that can tailor sophisticated solutions to meet unique client requirements. They also provide more options for cost-efficient services. Additionally, the hubs will help reduce delivery complexity by providing multiple services from a single location.
