Impetus has appointed two top officials. Naveen Coomar has joined as Vice-President of Human Resources and Harish Nayak as the Chief Marketing Officer. Naveen will be based out of Impetus’ development centre in Noida and Harish will be working out of Impetus’ headquarters at San Jose, USA.
Naveen’s responsibilities include all HR functions, developing the Corporate and HR strategy for the company, and ensuring implementation of more employee-friendly policies, practices, processes, etc. He will also oversee and enhance the thrust on recruitment efforts in campus and industry hiring.
Speaking on the occasion, Praveen Kankariya, CEO, Impetus Technologies, said, “I am sure their presence would further boost our team and enable us to meet and exceed growth targets. I wish them the very best.”
Naveen, an alumni of the University of Leeds and IIM-A, before joining Impetus, was running SCAN Consulting Network as the CEO. On the other hand, Harish holds MS degree in Computer Engineering from Oregon State University and MBA from Wharton School/University Pennsylvania. With 20 years of engineering and marketing experience with Intel, Maranti Networks (Co-Founder), and Flextronics Software Systems/Aricent, he brings a great deal of awareness of not only the software product life cycle, but also how to efficiently promote products and services in the marketplace.
