Vehere, a leading provider of AI-powered Cyber Network Intelligence, today announced the strategic appointment of Som Satsangi to its Board of Directors. Satsangi, the former Managing Director of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) India, brings four decades of exceptional leadership and deep enterprise expertise to guide Vehere’s next phase of growth and innovation.
Som recently retired as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of HPE India. During his tenure, he was instrumental in scaling the company’s operations, driving customer success, and championing the "Make in India"strategy—including establishing one of HPE’s largest global campuses in the country, thereby supporting the vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat (self-reliant India).
His experience extends across major industry leadership roles, including serving as Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM) in India, and contributing to NASSCOM, CII, and the World Economic Forum. His career focus on building a digitally empowered, knowledge-driven India is directly aligned with Vehere’s mission to secure the nation’s critical digital infrastructure using AI-driven intelligence.
Praveen Jaiswal, Co-founder and COO of Vehere, stated that Satsangi’s appointment is a strategic milestone. He believes Satsangi’s visionary leadership and expertise in the Indian enterprise landscape will be "invaluable" as the company expands its footprint in the enterprise and national security sectors. Satsangi’s support for ‘Make in India’ perfectly complements Vehere’s goal of building globally competitive cybersecurity capabilities rooted in India.
Commenting on his new role, Som Satsangi praised Vehere's mission to provide real-time cyber intelligence. He views Vehere as a "shining example of indigenous innovation driving global impact" under the Atmanirbhar Bharat movement. Satsangi looks forward to helping strengthen India’s cybersecurity ecosystem and scaling Vehere's leadership worldwide.
