Infogain has named Prashant K. (PK) Karnik as the new Senior Vice-President & General Manager of its High-Technology Business Unit. A current member of the Infogain’s Board of Directors, he brings more than two-and-a-half decades of service industry experience to the role.
Infogain’s President & CEO Kapil Nanda said, “I have known PK for many years, both as a customer and as a board member. He possesses a vast understanding of our space and has a track record of successfully managing and growing global teams across various geographies.”

They have a great team and stable relationships with several Fortune 100 customers, among many others,” said Karnik. “I look forward to being a part of the team, executing Infogain’s vision of building ever deeper relationships with current clients and continuing to expand our global footprint.”
Karnik comes to Infogain with an extensive work history as a senior executive with companies such as HP, Chordiant and, most recently, Imperva. He has served on the Infogain’s Board of Directors for the past four years.
P. K. Karnik earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIT, India and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Rutgers University. He also has an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
