iYogi has announced the addition of three new independent directors to its board of directors. With the joining of Sridar Iyengar, Subhash Lallah and Chandra Gujadhur, the strength of the board now stands at seven.
Iyengar was a senior partner with KPMG in the US and the UK. He has also been the Chairman and Chief Executive of KPMG's India operations. Subhash Lallah, the Senior Counsel of the Republic of Mauritius, is also a director on the boards of Essar Energy, Deutsche Bank Offshore Mauritius, Mauritian Eagle Leasing Co amongst others. Gujadhur serves as Managing Director of Apex Fund Services in Mauritius.
