Jabra has launched Jabra BIZ 2400 headsets in India. Jabra BIZ 2400 headsets, for traditional desk phones, are part of a comprehensive family of headsets that raise the bar on corded headset quality and performance. The Jabra BIZ 2400 Series feature a cascade of improvements that pushes the envelope for the levels of audio quality, comfort and durability necessary for dealing with the special requirements in contact centre and office environments.
In addition, these headsets are configured for business and contact centre professionals using standard desk phones operating in the 300-3,400 Hz frequency range. The in-built Hand-made Neodymium speakers provide maximum frequency response within this range, resulting in greater call clarity, fewer misunderstandings and better customer service all round. The headset range is available with different microphones and noise-cancelling systems to match any work environment.
"The Jabra BIZ 2400 Series is designed to ensure maximum service life and minimum maintenance costs. Key details are made of surgical steel, the cord is re-inforced with Kevlar," informed Ralph Ede, Managing Director, South Asia GN Netcom.
