Kaspersky Lab and Comguard Infosol have jointly announced a 30-city event for SMBs and mid-level enterprises in India. Spread over three months, this multi-city event is conceptualized with a view to create awareness about security concerns faced by the SMB sector.
According to Altaf Halde, Managing Director, Kaspersky Lab - South Asia, "At Kaspersky Lab, we believe that creating awareness and the need for security is very critical at this juncture since we are looking at a steady increase in our SMB footprint in the endpoint security space. This is, in fact, a great platform for us to showcase our solutions and services too. We thank Comguard for partnering with us and are confident that the initiative will help address security concerns across the SMB segment."
At these events, Kaspersky Lab will highlight threats and their growing complexities that have increased in the recent times owing to the adoption of new technology platforms, devices and applications like mobile phones, Wi-Fi, messaging, VoIP, etc. Kaspersky Lab officials will be sharing a critical analysis of the data lost due to cyber attacks across the globe with real-time examples.
Comguard, on the other hand, will discuss the product lineup to meet specific challenges of enterprise information network and its availability. Leveraging on in-house technical support resources and strong channel network, Comguard has been recognized for its sustained efforts to add value to its distribution role.
