Lenovo's new offering pairs validated, right-sized configurations built on NVIDIA hardware with deployment services and partner support, aiming to cut lead times and help organisations of all sizes move AI projects into production faster.
Lenovo has announced Lenovo AI Express, a service designed to give customers of all sizes a faster route to production AI by removing common deployment complexities. Developed in collaboration with NVIDIA, the offering combines quick access to AI capacity with validated, right-sized configurations and services that simplify procurement, deployment and operations. Order-to-ship times can drop to 15 business days for eligible configurations.
The launch comes as organisations shift from AI experimentation to scaled execution. Lenovo's 2026 CIO Playbook found that such organisations expect an average return of $2.79 for every $1 invested, with 93 percent of enterprise respondents anticipating positive returns. Long lead times, integration complexity and other readiness barriers, however, can delay that value.
"Across Asia Pacific, organizations are looking for practical ways to deploy AI faster while balancing performance, scalability and investment," said Sumir Bhatia, Chief Commercial Officer, Asia Pacific, Lenovo. "Lenovo AI Express gives customers an accelerated path to deploying AI infrastructure that fits their specifications, while mitigating the risk of overbuilding or costly delays."
Three quick-start configurations
AI Express is a streamlined route to the Lenovo Hybrid AI Factory with NVIDIA, backed by Lenovo's secure supply chain. Customers can begin with a setup sized for current workloads and budgets, then scale as agents, models, users, data and inference demands grow. Three validated options are available, matched to model size, user numbers and throughput needs:
· Small (from 15 days): Supports focused inferencing for tens of users at 30+ tokens per second, with models of 7B to 70B parameters. It is built on the Lenovo ThinkSystem SR650a V4 with two NVIDIA RTX 6000 PRO Blackwell Server Edition GPUs.
· Medium (from 20 days): Handles higher-throughput inferencing and agentic AI for hundreds of users at 30+ tokens per second, with models of 70B to 400B parameters. It runs on the ThinkSystem SR675 V3 with eight RTX 6000 PRO Blackwell Server Edition GPUs.
· Large (from 25 days): Targets full-scale generative AI serving thousands of users, with models of up to a trillion parameters. It uses the ThinkSystem SR680a V4 powered by NVIDIA HGX B300.
All configurations support the latest AMD and Intel CPUs. Customers can add enterprise AI software, including Red Hat AI Factory with NVIDIA or NVIDIA AI Enterprise, and can include Veeam Kasten to protect AI applications, data, models and pipelines.
"As AI agents reshape every industry, enterprises need purpose-built infrastructure that can efficiently turn their data into intelligence," said Chris Marriott, Vice President of Enterprise Platforms at NVIDIA. "Lenovo AI Express combines Lenovo's validated systems with NVIDIA accelerated computing, networking and AI software into ready-to-ship solutions, giving organizations a faster path to deploy AI factories and scale as their workloads and demand for intelligence grow."
Services to deploy and operate
Beyond hardware, AI Express includes services covering the AI factory lifecycle, from identifying use cases and validating ROI through proofs of concept to optimising GPU environments for performance, utilisation and cost efficiency. New Premier Support Plus for Servers adds proactive and predictive support to detect issues earlier and maintain continuity in mission-critical environments.
Expanding through partners
Lenovo is also widening access through its global partner ecosystem. Under the Lenovo 360 framework, channel partners can offer validated Hybrid AI Factory configurations to customers with support throughout the sales process. Availability, eligibility and ordering processes vary by region, with guidance provided locally.
