Intending to foster innovation among its users, South Korea's electronics equipment maker LG Electronics has recently unveiled curved organic light-emitting diode (OLED) TV. Now, according to the latest information, LG has begun accepting pre-orders for its 55-inch Curved OLED TV in South Korea through more than 1,400 retail stores of the company.
According to a statement given by a spokesperson from LG, the company will start delivering the LED TVS from next month.
"Our Curved OLED TV is not only the proof of LG's unmatched leadership in next-generation displays but also a testament to LG' s commitment to bringing to market the most exciting TV technology available today," said Havis Kwon, Chief Executive Officer of LG's home entertainment division.
Market watchers believe that LG's premium TVs would give the company a significant lead in the OLED segment.
