Mercedes-Benz Financial eases Customer Service with myMBFS App
As an important milestone to develop digital tools to facilitate customer service, Mercedes-Benz Financial has announced the launch of myMBFS App which is an Android version.
With this App, all Android users, even those who are not Mercedes-Benz customers, will be able to locate the nearest Mercedes-Benz dealer, contact a customer service representative, determine a monthly payment amount on a vehicle of their choice and see current promotions from Daimler Financial Services (DFS).
Sidhartha Nair, Managing Director, Daimler Financial Services said Designed to help customers in their purchasing processes, the new Android App is targeted at a large and dynamic segment of the population which is interested in Mercedes-Benz. Complementing our iOS App with this new Android version is an important milestone as we continue to develop digital tools as customer touch points and facilitate customer interaction and service.
The App includes key features such as Promotions, Estimator, Get Quote, Dealer Locator and Contact Us. The Promotions feature will allow the user to check the availability of active promotions on Mercedez-Benz products. Users will be able to determine the monthly payment amount for the product of their choice with Estimator feature.
After determining the monthly payment value, the user can request a detailed vehicle quote from a local dealer by simply providing a few contact details and sending an email request for quotation using the Get Quote feature on the App.
The App is available as a free download on the Google Play store.
