Micro Technologies (India) has launched Micro Jai Kisan in the city. Dr C. P. Joshi, Union Rural Development Minister, Rajasthan, has unveiled the innovative device for farmers at a press conference.
Micro Jai Kisan is a cost-effective solution and Micro Technologies came up with this product to remotely manage the motor pumps through phone. The device is a small SIM card that is installed between the switch and the electrical water pump. By a simple phone call from a GSM, STD phone or even by an SMS command, the farmer can turn the pump on or off and also remotely know the status of the pump.
Dr Sekhar, Chairman & Managing Director, Micro Technologies, says, "The Micro Jai Kisan is user friendly and can be installed easily by simply reading the manual. We hope this device reaches farmers across the country and helps them multifold."
Dr C. P. Joshi also contended that this product, which is designed for the farmers and the agrarian population, would pave the way for faster progress in the country. With Micro Technologies' innovative product, farmers will also be able to focus on better crops and faster methods of farming, thus enhancing the development of the nation.
