Built to handle extreme conditions, the relays can endure up to 30G vibration, 200G mechanical shock, and operate in temperatures ranging from −70°C to 125°C.
Microchip Technology has launched its new BR235 and BR235D series of high-reliability power relays designed for tough military, aerospace, and space applications. These 25A electromechanical relays are hermetically sealed and meet the strict MIL-PRF-83536 and ISO-9001 standards, ensuring they can perform in critical missions and harsh environments.
The relays offer flexibility with options in coil voltages (6–48 VDC, 115 VAC), different terminal types, mounting styles, and plating finishes (tin or gold). They are available in suppressed and non-suppressed versions.
