The other associated companies that were mentioned in the complaint to be part of this nexus with M/s KK Software were M/s Konya K Solutions Pvt. Ltd., M/s S J Infocom, and M/s Sahil Data Solutions. As part of the raid action and arrest, K. K. Jha spent close-to 60 days in jail, after having been denied bail multiple number of times by the court. The CBI still continues to investigate the case.
