MSI and Futuremark has jointly released a new generation of 3D performance testing software- 3DMark.
MSI will bundle selected MSI graphics cards and motherboards with the 3DMark Advanced Edition during the coming winter season. To celebrate the launch of 3DMark and the bundle, MSI starts the ‘MSI 3DMark Challenge’, an over clocking competition based on MSI’s top-over over clocking motherboard MSI Z77 series.

The 3DMark Advanced Edition is priced at $24.99 and will be bundled with selected MSI graphics cards and motherboards. 3DMark Basic Edition can be downloaded on all platforms for free. With 3DMark users scores can be compared with Android and iOS devices too.

MSI will be organizing an online over clocking competition “MSI 3DMark Challenge”. From February 4 to March 3, 2013 anyone using a MSI motherboards and graphics cards can compete in the most challenging DirectX 11 scene in 3DMark– Fire Strike. The competition will be divided into two parts: the top two challengers using a MSI Z77 MPOWER for the competition with the highest scores will each win great items such as a MSI R7970 Lightning Boost Edition graphics card and a Z77A-GD80 motherboard; the Z77A-GD55 Lucky Draw activity is opened to all challengers using MSI Z77 motherboards.
Winners will be awarded with MSI R7970 Lightning Boost Edition Graphics card, MSI Z77A-GD80 Motherboard and winners of lucky draw will be given MSI Z77A-GD55 Motherboard.
