At CES 2026, MSI unveiled a sweeping laptop refresh spanning business, gaming and everyday computing, led by a redesigned Prestige series powered by Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors and complemented by new gaming, mainstream and handheld devices.
MSI has showcased a broad overhaul of its laptop portfolio at CES 2026, introducing redesigned business laptops, next-generation gaming machines and refreshed mainstream models. The announcements underline MSI’s push to address evolving user expectations around performance, portability and design across professional, gaming and everyday use segments.
Prestige series targets modern professionals
Headlining the launch is the all-new Prestige lineup, featuring a redesigned aesthetic with slimmer profiles, softer curves and full-aluminium construction. Available in 13-inch, 14-inch and 16-inch sizes, the Prestige models are built around Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors, combining AI-enabled performance with lightweight form factors aimed at mobile professionals.
MSI claims significant gains in portability, with the Prestige 14 weighing just 1.32 kg and the Prestige 13 AI+ dropping below 900 grams. Battery life is also a key focus, supported by high-capacity batteries designed for extended productivity. Select models introduce new interaction features such as an enlarged Action Touchpad, stylus support with the MSI Nano Pen, and enterprise-grade security including biometric authentication.
Speaking at the launch, MSI executives said the refreshed Prestige range reflects growing demand for business laptops that balance premium design with sustained performance. Intel also highlighted the platform’s AI and efficiency improvements as central to the new lineup’s appeal.
Gaming laptops redesigned for higher performance
Alongside business systems, MSI unveiled a fully refreshed gaming portfolio, including updated Raider, Stealth and Crosshair series laptops. These models feature new chassis designs, enhanced cooling architectures and revised I/O layouts, while being powered by the latest Intel processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX graphics.
The Raider 16 Max HX stood out as a flagship performance model, designed to deliver extremely high system power in a more compact form factor. Meanwhile, the Stealth 16 AI+ emphasises portability without sacrificing performance, earning recognition at CES for its balance of design and power.
The Crosshair series targets competitive gamers, combining higher total system power with fast-refresh OLED display options and expanded connectivity.
Broader lineup and market focus
MSI also introduced the Modern S series, aimed at everyday users seeking premium design at more accessible price points, and unveiled a Glacier Blue special edition of its Claw 8 AI+ gaming handheld. According to MSI, India and other growth markets remain strategic as global design and performance trends increasingly shape local demand.
The new Prestige series opens for pre-orders from January 6, with sales starting later in the month through selected retail channels.
