With this move, NASSCOM has announced its plans to set up its warehouse facility in Noida as part of the 10,000 start-ups initiative in order to scale up the start-up ecosystem in India. The Start-up Warehouse has been introduced to create a micro-ecosystem where start-ups and entrepreneurs can work together, share their learnings and best practices with each other. NASSCOM also plans such other facilities across the key cities in the country, to provide world- class infrastructure to tech start-ups at a highly affordable cost.
Furthermore, NASSCOM has also declared the setting up of a cybersecurity lab at its new centre as part of its ongoing initiative to combat cybercrimes. To further build India as a key secure sourcing destination the facility will actively promote data protection and develop security and privacy codes and standards.
NASSCOM also plans to use their campus to facilitate networking and enhanced interactions amongst members of the Industry.
