Nokia and Intuit have announced the global launch of Intuit GoConnect in India. This service helps small businesses in strengthening relationships with customers and increasing repeat traffic to their business.
Intuit GoConnect is a subscription service that works via mobile phone and the Web. The service is available through Nokia Priority Dealer as well as www.intuit.in/goconnect. A six-month subscription for Intuit GoConnect costs Rs.2,400/- and includes 10,000 SMSs.
"Our research shows that access to information technology has been one of the limiting factors for most small businesses, especially when they work in a heterogeneous network-based environment. They often struggle with finding the appropriate service that helps them to effectively reach out to their customers," said Vipul Sabharwal, Sales Director, Nokia India.
"Intuit GoConnect is a breakthrough service to help small businesses deepen relationships with their customers, leveraging Intuit's expertise in small business solutions and Nokia’s expertise in mobile and location-based services," added Antti-Jussi Suominen, General Manager, Commerce, Nokia.
Intuit GoConnect makes it easy for users to create personalized messages that resonate with their customers, from a special offer for their birthday to a note to let them know that their order has arrived. A market pilot for GoConnect has begun in New Delhi and Chandigarh.
