NorthgateArinso (NGA) has announced that it is planning to increase its Indian headcount by 25 per cent from the present 1,300 employees.
Monica Luzon, Vice-President - Global Operations of Delivery Centres, NGA, said, "We intend to grow our workforce by 25 per cent in Hyderabad as well as Kochi locations during 2013-14."
She further added, "With more than 15 per cent of our global employee strength located in Hyderabad and Kochi Global Delivery Centres, India is our strategic location to address the growing global demand.”
Recently appointed to the Hyderabad Centre from NGA, Raghuram Janapareddy said, "We are planning to enhance our recruitment drive to ensure it attracts 25-per cent growth of number of employees."
