To acquire a perpetual licence to the source code, development environment and all training and sales materials for ZENworks Full Disk Encryption, Novell has announced that it has entered into an agreement with SECUDE International AG.
This acquisition also comes with development investments to increase Novell’s ability to respond and react to the wants and needs of existing and future customers. This additional resource investment also increases Novell’s ZENworks overall development capability, further establishing the company as a provider of complete end-to-end security and management solutions for enterprises.

Through this purchase, Novell will be expanding its investment in a unified and effective endpoint management and protection solution.
