According to a recent report from Current Analysis, it has been revealed that Orange Business Services has been recognized as a leader in the global enterprise market for IP telephony and unified communications services for the third consecutive year.

The company was also rated strong in Cloud/Hosted Services and Service Delivery. The Cloud/Hosted Services ranking recognizes the strength of Business Together as a Service, the market’s first Unified-Communications-as-a-Service (UCaaS) offer available for large enterprises on a global scale.

“Orange Business Services is a leader in the global enterprise market for IP telephony and UC services because it has the global resources, portfolio and customer support organization to deliver these solutions across regions,” said Cindy Whelan, Current Analysis Research Director, Business Network and IT Services.

Companies across Asia-Pacific are looking for agile, flexible and seamless unified communication solutions. Unified-Communications-as-a-Service is witnessing significant adoption across multinational companies based in the region and we are well positioned in bringing together all the elements of collaboration to provide a globally-synchronized cloud or premise-based unified communications solution to our customers, said Yee May Leong, Senior Vice-President, Asia-Pacific, Orange Business Services.

Currently, Orange supports the unified communications and VoIP needs of 300 multinationals with more than 1.6 million IP phones.
