Pegasystems and Wipro Technologies have announced an expanded global strategic alliance to provide industry-leading BPM solutions and services to worldwide clients.

The alliance will focus on developing agile and innovative business solutions worldwide, across a varied range of industry verticals. These solutions help clients improve customer retention through differentiated customer experience and enable clients to achieve productivity improvements of 30-40%. Wipro will leverage Pegasystems’ award-winning SmartBPM solution to deliver faster and more robust solutions to clients.

Pegasystems’ patented Build for Change technology provides agile, configurable business platforms. Through this, Wipro clients will be able to better adapt to ever changing business needs. Pegasystems’ industry specific framework solutions, a library of industry solution accelerators for rapid success in BPM deployments, will complement BPM services from Wipro for the customer service, financial services, insurance, and healthcare industries.
