Plextor has introduced its flagship 2.5' solid-state drive (SSD) developed based on its True Speed Technology. This technology makes the drive reading and writing efficient.

Plextor has also introduced the True Speed Technology that efficiently cleans up the dirty blocks by constantly operating in the background to pick up blocks, erase the unwanted pages and move data to deliver a constant speed with high performance. True Speed provides SSDs with the ability to handle the toughest real-world applications by enabling them to rapidly return to like new performance even after very intense use.

The M5 Pro Xtreme uses the combination of the latest Marvell 88SS9187 controller that fulfils the high-performance power requirement and the best quality Japanese Toshiba Toggle NAND flash.
