Reliance introduces Braille Bill Service

Aiming to create an enabling and convenient customer service environment for the visually impaired, Reliance Mobile has launched Braille Bill service. The service is in line with Reliance ADA Group's Corporate Social responsibility objectives.

Anurag Prashar, President Corporate, Customer Service, Reliance Communications, said, "We have brought yet another innovation to Indian telecom customers by the launch of Braille Bill for those who are visually impaired. There are currently 45 million people suffering from complete visual impairment across the globe. Out of these, nearly 12 million reside in India. Our new Braille Bill service is in line with our Customer Service objective to delight our customers through innovations that touch their lives. And the best thing is that this service is free of cost."

Reliance Mobile's Braille Bills will be available for post-paid customers across all products lines of RCOM's Wireless Business. This will be a summarized bill providing key details of current usage, bill amount, last dues, last payment and adjustments made. The Braille Bill will also provide a breakup of the current charges payable by the customer.

Existing and new Reliance Mobile customers can request for the Braille Bill by registering their request with the company through its call centre or customer touch-points including over 2,500 Reliance World and Reliance Mobile Stores across 700 cities in India.
