Roposo brings in Shipstreak, end-to-end order management tool
Roposo has launched Shipstreak, a comprehensive order management solution designed specifically for Indian ecommerce sellers. Powered by advanced data science and artificial intelligence technologies, Shipstreak offers brands and sellers the ability to streamline their operations end-to-end, resulting in a reduction of RTOs thus helping in boosting profitability.
In the context of e-commerce, RTO or Return to Origin refers to a situation where a package cannot be delivered to the customer due to various reasons and is returned to the seller’s original location. While returns are an inherent aspect of e-commerce, it continues to remain as a major pain point for online retailers The process of handling RTOs can pose several challenges including impacting the operational efficiency and profitability of online retailers.
By enhancing the delivery process and post-order customer experience, Shipstreak is set to revolutionize the way ecommerce businesses operate in India.
With the proliferation of smartphones and internet connectivity across the country, India is emerging as a key player in the growth of the global digital economy. According to recent reports, the Indian e-commerce market is expected to be worth over USD 200 billion by 2026. With COD orders accounting for nearly 99% of all online transactions, this feature proves particularly vital. Shipstreak has a comprehensive customer communication channel that enables sellers to engage with their customers via multiple touchpoints, including WhatsApp, SMS, IVR, and manual calls, to ensure higher conversion rates.
