Ashima Mathur has joined RSA Security as Head of Marketing – Asia Pacific (South), strengthening the company’s regional marketing leadership across key growth markets. Ashima will lead integrated marketing strategy, demand generation, and brand positioning at RSA Security across the APAC South region.
In her new role, Ashima will focus on building high-impact campaigns, strengthening revenue marketing frameworks, and driving growth across enterprise, SMB, and partner ecosystems. Her mandate includes aligning marketing strategy with business outcomes and enhancing customer engagement across the region.
Prior to this, she spent over a decade at Pitney Bowes, where she led regional marketing across Asia Pacific and India, managing multi-market strategies and operations. Earlier she has also held leadership roles at IBM, Computer Sciences Corporation and Patni Computer Systems.
Ashima’s experience spans product marketing, integrated communications, digital strategy, and campaign execution. At RSA Security, her leadership is expected to strengthen the company’s positioning and accelerate demand generation across the APAC region.
