Making a rage in the touchscreen range, Samsung Electronics has launched Samsung Champ (C330), its affordable full-touch mobile phone and Omnia Lite (B7300), its all-in-one Windows 6.5 Pro based touch screen phone.

Announcing the launch, Ranjit Yadav, Director - Mobile & IT, Samsung India, stated, "Samsung pioneered the revolution in the touch screen segment in India and we are sustaining the excitement in the category through our innovative new launches. While the Samsung Champ is a touch screen phone aimed at the young consumers who love music and enjoy an active online social life, the Omnia Lite is for consumers who want multimedia entertainment as well as business features on their phones."

Samsung Champ (C330) is the first full-touch mobile, which can function as an enhanced Music Player with a 3.5mm ear jack and dual speakers. The Sound Alive 3D effects in the handset produces amazing sound quality for an enriched audio experience in the earphones. The phone's Wireless FM lets users access FM radio without needing to pull out a bulky antenna and the 30MB internal memory, expandable up to 8GB, allows users to store music of their choice.

Based on Windows Mobile 6.5 Pro Edge, Samsung Omnia Lite brings together style, multimedia and business performance in one device. With Windows 6.5 Pro Edge, users can experience a True Mobile on their phone - they can view, edit MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint slides and view PDF files and can also enjoy MS Exchange Server Push e-mail.
