Servion Global Solutions has revealed the performance report for the financial year 2014. Servion has invested considerable amount of time and resources to differentiate itself and ensure that it lives up to its brand promise.
The results of these initiatives have enabled Servion to post revenue of INR 350 crores which is a 60% growth over FY 13. As pioneers in the domain, Servion will continue to push the boundaries of Customer Interaction Management and work towards ensuring that every single customer interaction across the globe is positively impacted by them.
“In a world where globalization is increasing at an enormous pace, our transformational approach puts us in a clear position to stay ahead of competition. We have taken several initiatives where we are seeing good results. Looking forward, our differentiated solutions and services coupled with our ability to deliver value to our clients and shareholders will enable us to scale and reach targets we’ve set for ourselves.” Stated K. Balakrishnan, MD and CEO, Servion Global Solutions.
With a clear strategy to scale through differentiation, Servion has adopted differentiation in its positioning, messaging and engagements with large accounts, through its technology adoption and drive through culture. Each of these pillars of differentiation has contributed to the growth of the organization.
As part of its differentiated engagement process, Servion understands that the starting point of customer service failure is the failure to align service strategy with brand promise. Businesses invest millions of dollars in creating a brand. Unfortunately, oftentimes, similar attention is not paid to the service / interaction strategy that puts the brand promise into action. This results in customer dissatisfaction and churn. Our consulting led approach works towards optimizing contact to enable businesses to align their service strategy with their brand promise.
