To take the lead in the company’s expansion into the mobility market across the whole APAC region, Acronis has announced appointment of Simon Howe as Sales Director of Mobility Solutions (APAC). He will be responsible for developing and growing the mobility market for Acronis by recruiting new partners and customers.

In the past, he has held leading roles in backup and software management vendors such as Symantec and CommVault. From 2007 to 2011, Simon worked at Acronis to establish its presence in Australia and New Zealand. He returned to Acronis on the back of its acquisition of GroupLogic. Furthermore, he has experience in sales management, channel management and enterprise account development.
