SkillSoft has announced SkillSoft Professional Advantage; a new technology enabled learning solution focused on key workplace competencies.
The SkillSoft Professional Advantage series is believed to leverage the design of the SkillSoft Leadership Advantage (SLA) series and offers a competency-based learning solution to support the development of non-managerial professionals. Each of the individual learning tracks is aligned with key workplace competencies, including Listening, Managing Conflict, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Priority Setting and Negotiating. Multiple modes of expert instruction are offered using text, video and interactive practice activities, which are designed to keep learning quick, easy, and engaging. Content elements include videos, book summaries, and a range of other learning tools that can be downloaded and synched to popular mobile devices.
