SoftwareOne appoints Shivani Sharma as SMB Business Head for India

With over 15 years’ experience in digital marketing, growth strategies, and technology transformation, Shivani will spearhead initiatives to empower India’s small- and medium-sized business (SMBs) segment, a sector contributing nearly 30% to the nation’s GDP.

In her new role, Shivani will focus on identifying growth opportunities, driving technology adoption, optimising software licensing, and delivering tailored solutions to address the unique challenges faced by SMBs. Her mission is to enable these businesses to become more competitive, innovative, and future-ready in an increasingly AI driven, digital economy.

In her previous position at Embee Software Pvt Ltd, she played a key role in launching the Technology eCommerce Portal for SMBs and led strategic campaigns, such as Back to Business with Microsoft and SMB-in-a-Box. These efforts supported 4,000+ SMBs, onboarding 400+ organisations with modern workplace solutions, cloud computing, ERP, and HRMS.
