It also recently released its 2011-2012 Global Service Providers rating based on a comprehensive study conducted across service providers in major industry verticals.
The Zinnov ‘Global Service Provider Rating 2012’ was based on multiple parameters including the organization’s size, focus on R&D, vertical presence, innovation and expertise. Symphony Teleca’s software solutions for independent software vendors are the integral to its inclusion in the OPD segment’s Leader Zone again this year.
